Withdrawal Instructions

Consumers within the European Union and applicable statutory jurisdictions are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Withdraw from contract online

If you use this option, we will promptly communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB)

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:

1. has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period,
2. has acknowledged that by giving consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
3. the trader has provided confirmation of the concluded contract to the consumer on a durable medium.

During our shopping cart checkout process, prior to redirecting to payment, you will be prompted to provide this express consent and acknowledgment via explicit checkbox confirmation.

Exceptions & Courtesy Refunds

Notwithstanding statutory limitations, we are glad to review refunds or credits in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from receiving or accessing your report
• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice
• Dodo Payments buyer terms: Dodo Payments may process refunds in accordance with their buyer terms
